Impetus Festival

This festival of underground music is a chance to catch some of the rock, noise, metal and experiment artists making waves in Lausanne and further afield. A joint initiative by musicians in the cathedral city and the Swiss Jura, Impetus was created in 2010 as a laboratory for radical, boundary-pushing artists with strong aural and visual ideas. After a hiatus last year, the festival returns in style this year, with events at three of Lausanne’s premier music venues across three nights.
