On the 12th January Zurich will host a huge five-day photography exhibition that is billed as the largest in Europe. Taking place at StageOne and Halle 622 in Zürich-Oerlikon photo18 Zürich will showcase the work of over 200 Swiss and international photographers across surface space measuring 7000m2. That's almost two acres!

Last year photo18 Zürich welcomed over a staggering 27,000 visitors through its doors, showcasing a wide range of stunning photographic work from portraits and landscapes to experimental imagery and documentary photography. This year there will be more of the same, plus a host of connected events and activities including 13 special exhibitions, the Photographer of the Year Award ceremony, plus a PhotoSchool with over 120 workshops and a conference area called the PhotoForum.
