Boréal Coffee Talacker, the brand’s first shop in Zurich, is the epitome of contemporary – slick but functional, and cosily welcoming. Set in the heart of the business district, close to Kaufleuten, it’s become popular with in-the-know urbanites, who come for the freshly roasted coffee. It is a great place to catch up with friends or host an informal meeting, with the added benefit that the coffee really is excellent. There are also healthy lunches – both take-away and eat-in – on offer.
