Cuppin’s is a concept store founded by two cousins, Dina and Yasmine. Located right in the city centre, it’s a great spot to enjoy an afternoon tea while discovering items by trendy designers. The tearoom is feminine, cosy, and offers a huge selection of teas, along with cupcakes and iced biscuits. The only place in Geneva where you’ll feel like a fairy-tale prince or princess. Royaume Melazic is a kingdom of sweet treats dreamed up by two sisters, Mélanie and Soizic, who offer cupcakes and cookies, as well as baking materials, tableware, t-shirts and more. The cupcakes in particular are incredibly tasty and available in a range of exotic flavours, from mojito to champagne and cocoa rainbow. The pair also organises workshops for budding bakers. Girly vibes, delicious treats and big smiles – it’s a recipe fit for any sweet-toothed princess.

It’s always cookies o’clock, and this place makes that truer than ever. Michael’s Cookies is a small store in Plainpalais where the eponymous founder offers his take on the classic American treat. Soft and generously filled, Michael’s creations come in different flavours ranging from chocolate to lemon, walnut, and white chocolate and cranberry. Most of the ingredients are locally sourced and there’s also a gluten-free option on offer. And their size means they’re perfect for a guilt-free treat any hour of the day!

Famous for its sophisticated and tasty macaroons, this French institution feels like a breath of magical air on Geneva’s food scene. Located in charming Quai des Bergues (there's another branch at Cours de Rive 7), it offers a sweet menu with a selection of cakes, viennoiseries and ice creams, as well as its signature French toast. There’s also a wide choice of teas and hot beverages. The décor is enchanting and the staff couldn’t be friendlier, making it a tremendous place to recharge your batteries after a long shopping day.
