Celebrate this year’s Thanksgiving in style at Baur au Lac’s Rive Gauche restaurant.
The stylish Rive Gauche restaurant at Zurich’s Baur au Lac has prepared a traditional Thanksgiving menu to make the mouth water. On 26th November, for CHF 115 per person, it will be serving up salmon carpaccio and tartar with citrus fruits; pumpkin soup and roasted scallops; as well as traditional roast turkey served with blueberry gravy, potato nuggets, red cabbage and glazed chestnuts. The setting is glorious, but the restaurant has also devised an option for people who prefer to celebrate at home: from 26th to 29th November, you can order a roast turkey for four to take away. Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance. Booking is necessary for the dinner.
