Rolli's Steakhouse is a local institution, serving up prime slabs of meat in an American diner-style setting that's still somehow quite Swiss. First choose your flesh: there's steak, pork, chicken as well as horse (pferde) and bison on offer. Then specify the serving size in grams. The meat is brought to the table on your own personal cooking stone, complete with peppercorn garnish, three dipping sauces and a side. All meals are cooked to perfection, because you do it yourself! Not recommended for vegetarians.
