Valentine's Day Afternoon Tea

The stunning centre point to the sumptuously luxurious Baur au Lac in Zurich is ‘Le hall’, an opulent but welcoming lounge where porcelain Chinese table lamps nestle among olive trees and an Art Deco glass dome overlooks a dazzling Art Deco glass dome. Le hall is famous for its take on the British tradition of afternoon tea – think mini salmon sandwiches, crepes filled with cream cheese, warm scones served with jam and Gruyere double cream and mini lemon meringue pie, all accompanied by pots of tea or a glass or two of champagne. For Valentine’s weekend, the selection will be sprinkled in love, for a Valentine’s Day special afternoon tea with romantic sweet and savoury snacks and a sparkling welcome drink.
