They say that the way to man’s heart is through his stomach, and the Baur au Lac’s Michelin-starred Pavillon restaurant has come up with a menu to hit just the spot. It’s Saint Valentine’s menu, which will be dished up on 14th February, is designed for loved-up gourmets. Chef Laurent Eperon and his team have concocted five courses – comprising roasted scallops, glazed langoustine, sole roulade with mussels, crispy quail breasts with pear gravy and Manjari chocolate with raspberry liquor – to get the heart racing. It costs CHF 250 per person with wine paring, or CHF 170 without. Booking ahead is advised.
