Time Out says

Zurich’s Baur au Lac plays host to Michelin-starred Swiss chef Daniel Humm for five evenings of culinary treats.

From humble beginnings in Aargau, Swiss chef Daniel Humm now has three Michelin stars and two top New York restaurants – the NomMad Restaurant and Eleven Madison Park. This autumn he is visiting Zurich, where he will prepare culinary treats over five evenings at the Baur au Lac’s Pavillon. For him, it will be a homecoming, as he spent several years working at the Baur au Lac. For guests, it will be chance to find out what “America’s most acclaimed chef”, as he is dubbed, can do. His cuisine centres on regional and seasonal ingredients prepared traditionally but using modern technology. As you’d expect, it doesn’t come cheap. Prices start at CHF 350 per person excluding drinks. Limited space is available, so book in advance via telephone.

Offering a more casual take on the event is Humm Dog at “Bürkli Beiz + Kiosk”, Bürkliplatz from 10.30am to 1.30pm on 28th September. For CHF 10 you can enjoy a bacon and Gruyère hot dog topped with truffle mayonnaise. All funds raised from the sale of the hot dogs will be donated to the Zurich Children’s Hospital.
