Weltraum

A temporary store in the newly built Richti-Areal next to Wallisellen’s train station, the Weltraum (German for outer space) does not offer space suits or maps to the stars, but instead focuses on contemporary and very down to Earth goods. Cushions from Atelier Pfister, shoes from Benci Brothers, watches, perfumes and even hand-made motor bikes are on display here. And of course there are the beautiful Schönstaub carpets with their large images of planetary nebulas – a little reminder that the visitor has, perhaps, officially entered outer space after all.
