The concept of this store is quirky and very cool - it's a vegetarian butcher, part of the famous Hiltl brand who, according to the Guinness World Records, are the oldest vegetarian restaurant in the world. Here they have created another new concept with Switzerland's first non-meat deli, where you can buy burgers, sausages and even a version of the local favourite, Züri-Geschnetzeltes, all made out of meat alternatives such as tofu or tempeh. Plus loads of great salad, juices and fine wine to buy too. If you are looking for a hip working space, there are even little desk areas for lap tops, free Wi-Fi and a lunch service too.
