The British Swiss Chamber of Commerce (BSCC) presents a lunchtime talk by one of the UK's best-known politicians on the theme: Is the UK heading for 'Brexit'?

British Labour MP Diane Abbott made history by becoming the first black woman elected to the British Parliament in 1987. Abbott has now been Labour MP for the London constituency of Hackney North and Stoke Newington for nearly 30 years. and was appointed the Shadow Secretary of State for International Development in September 2015.

Among her other work, Abbott helped to author a series of official reports on issues such as Britain's entry into the Euro. She went on to serve on the Foreign Affairs Select Committee. Diane is an experienced public speaker and broadcaster and also appears regularly on radio and television.
