Time Out says

A ballet-inspired workout for all levels of fitness that improves body strength and perfects posture.

You don’t need to have dance experience to take advantage of the ballet-inspired fitness classes at Ballet Body Sculpture. Created by Asta Bazeviciute, former principal ballerina of the Birmingham Royal Ballet, the school adapts workouts for all levels of fitness and ability. Anyone can participate in the 60-minute classes that feature exercises in breathing, classical ballet and Pilates. It’s not about dance so much as small, continuous movements. The aim is to create a graceful posture and body line, but be prepared for hard work – the programme isolates and tones different limbs. Thankfully, it is tailored to personal fitness levels and goals. If you can’t make it to a class in person, don’t worry – the school also has a range of online classes.
