Breakthrough is more than just a breakdance festival. As well as killer breakdance battles popping and locking all over Zuri, there's also some brilliant performances and classes, photo and video exhibits, and parties. Workshops include some specifically for kids and adolescents to get involved in urban dance. Another highlight is the Doron Lev & Uglybraine gig at Moods on Friday June 5. With a portion of the proceeds going to the humanitarian foundation Make A Change's Breakdance Project Uganda, this is a street dance celebration with a conscience.
