Zurich’s most beautiful ruin has awoken from its slumber and is a functioning cinema once more. With its high ceilings and deep velvet seats, the Razzia cinema is beautifully atmospheric and evokes a bygone era when silent films would have played on the screen. On the first or second Monday of each month, it hosts Cinema Dinners that epitomise this period glamour. The dinner beats your usual cinema snacks: in place of tortilla chips is an appetiser followed by a three-course dinner. The event, including your meal, costs CHF 85 per person.
