Saas-Fee’s much loved Culinary Mile returns in September, when local hoteliers and restaurateurs – many of them clad in traditional dress – will gather along the main street to showcase food and beverages with a nostalgic twist. It is a great opportunity to experience the culture and food traditions of the Valais, with around 30 menus and a flurry of local wines to taste. Everyone is welcome to come along in costume, and there will be prizes for the best efforts.
