On World Cocktail Day, we launch the first in a new Masterclass Series. It's an experience designed to strip drinks culture back to what actually matters: structure, balance, and intent.  

Led by AJ Durow, this focused session explores gin beyond trend. You'll trace its journey from medicinal beginnings, through social chaos, to its modern role as one of the most precise spirits behind the bar.   

Through guided tasting, storytelling, and a single cocktail build, guests will gain a deeper understanding of balance, structure, and intention.
