In case you missed it (and if you have, where the hell have you been??) England’s Lionesses are through to the World Cup final. The team beat Australia’s Matildas 3-1 on Wednesday and now a final match against Spain is the only thing standing between them and the coveted World Cup trophy. 

On Sunday, August 20, thousands will head out to pubs and switch on their TVs to watch potential history in the making. And if you’re a footie fan that’s more into staying in than going out, we’ve got you covered. Here’s everything you need to know about tuning into the big game this weekend.

What time is the Women’s World Cup final?

The all-important game kicks off at 11am BST on Sunday, August 20. 

How to watch England v Spain in the UK 

It will be shown live on both BBC One and ITV1. You can also stream the match on BBC iPlayer, BBC Sport Online or ITVX. ITV coverage starts at 9:25am, while BBC coverage starts at 10am. 

Who are the presenters, pundits and commentators? 

Gabby Logan is leading television coverage on the BBC and will be joined by Reshmin Chowdhury and Alex Scott. Pundits will include retired Lionesses Ellen White, Steph Houghton, Fara Williams, Rachel Brown-Finnis, Anita Asante and Karen Bardsley.

Over on ITV, Laura Woods, Seema Jaswal and Michelle Owen will be guiding viewers through proceedings. They will be joined by pundits including former midfielder Karen Carney, Chelsea head coach Emma Hayes, Irish goalkeeper Emma Byrne and one of England’s '‘most decorated players’ and Queen of the Jungle Jill Scott. 

Is the game on the radio?

It sure is. You can tune in to hear the match on BBC Radio 5 Live and BBC Sounds. Juliette Ferrington will be presenting from 10am and live commentary will commence at 11am.
