Everything you need to know about the bag policy and prohibited items at Heaton Park ahead of Oasis’ final weekend

Oasis’s residency at Manchester’s Heaton Park is coming to a close. The second stop of Liam and Noel Gallagher’s hotly anticipated reunion tour has already seen them play three triumphant shows – and the final two are up this weekend.
The brothers have been playing wall-to-wall Oasis classics (plus some proper deep cuts) at Heaton Park. If you’re lucky enough to have nabbed tickets for the final Saturday or Sunday, there are some logistics you’ll need to sort out. After all the effort you put in scrambling for tickets last summer, the last thing you want is to get there late, be turned away or put up with long queues because you’ve accidentally brought a banned item. Don’t want to be looking back in anger, eh?

The rules state that ticket holders can only bring one bag each into the the park. That said, Heaton Park strongly advises that you do not bring one if you can, in order to avoid long queues and security checks.
Make sure your bag is no bigger than A4 size.
