Executive Chef Rob Rubba's Hazel is in the Atlantic Plumbing development in DC’s Shaw neighborhood with an intimate 40 seat dining room and a 16 seat bar that opens up to the extensive patio and additional outdoor private dining space. Hazel features Rob's style of progressive American cuisine -- combining flavors from around the world with traditional and contemporary techniques to create dishes that are elegant, distinctive and satisfying. Greg Engert and Brent Kroll have curated a refined beverage program that highlights the delicate, fresh flavors of Rob's cuisine.
