Our mission is to bring you a seasonal menu, rooted in American tradition that showcases the Mid-Atlantic's ingredients. Our produce is organic or sustainable whenever possible; our meats are naturally-raised; our seafood wild or sustainable. We support local artisanal cheese makers, growers, ranchers, fisherman, and encourage you to do the same by buying local at our farmer's market or grocery.
