To celebrate the launch of our guide to the 100 best dishes in London 2015, we've asked our favourite foodie Instagrammers to round up their top eats. Yesterday Clerkenwell Boy took the reins, but today we're handing over to @candidsbyjo

1. Guinea fowl chi shiang rice from Bao

I always end up braving the lines at Bao in Soho just for a morsel of their comforting guinea fowl chi shiang rice mixed in with egg yolk, fried shallots and pickles.

2. Kejriwal from Dishoom

I can't resist Dishoom's kejriwal - fried egg on chilli cheese toast - for breakfast. I love the sharpness of the flavours and it's best washed down with their house chai.

3. Chargrilled cajun oysters from Decatur

My preference is usually for raw oysters, except when it comes to Decatur's New Orleans-style chargrilled cajun oysters. I love drinking up that cajun spiced sauce!

4. Duck and waffle from, er, Duck & Waffle

My favourite sweet and savoury way to start the day is with the restaurant's signature duck and waffle dish topped with a luscious duck egg and served with mustard maple syrup.

5. Original ramen from Kanada-ya

London has great ramen options but for me Kanada-ya offers the best pork bone broth (cooked for 18 hours) and noodle texture combination.
