Remember a few months back when the very excellent FKA twigs announced an open casting for an upcoming creative project? It turns out that she’s been working on a special London show in association with Veuve Clicquot champagne. Twigs has recruited a squad of 30 performance artists, set designers, dancers, actors and musicians for ‘ROOMS’, a ‘performance and installation work’ that she’s written and directed. Visitors to the installation on October 27 and 28 will follow a character called Diamas through 12 rooms linked to the signs of the zodiac. The blurb promises ’a 360-degree experience of every emotional trait, dance, song and horror of the human emotion’ – which sounds intense and brilliant and therefore just right for Halloween week.

At this point you should be asking yourself: who do you have to kill to get tickets? The first set of places sold out in 15 minutes earlier this month, but there are more on sale this afternoon – get yourself to the Veuve Clicquot Widow Series website at 3pm. Oh, and tickets include a free glass of champagne, obviously.

Here’s our review of FKA twigs’s debut album ‘LP1’.
