Have a ball at Swingers' new rooftop boulodrome

Good news for ball-lovers: the people behind mini-golf party zone Swingers have a new venture, and it features shinier, heavier balls than ever before. Boulers will see Stratford’s Roof East transformed into a rooftop boulodrome from August 27–September 2. The pop-up will feature a bar and plenty of competitive boule-ing. What exactly is boules? It’s a French game where you compete to get your metal balls closer to a little wooden ball than anyone else. It’s French, it’s fancy, it’s fun, it’s on a roof, there’s a bar. Tick, tick, tick, tick. Or as the French say, ‘teeque’.
