I go to Anokha regularly in the evenings, so I cannot comment on lunch. I think it is the best Indian I have ever had in London (gasp). Don't get me wrong, I love Brick Lane for its value, but its not comparable with Anokha in terms of quality. Great friendly service,

This curry house and bar in the City serves dishes from across the Indian subcontinent, such as hamook johl (half shell mussels cooked in a spicy karahi sauce), tandoori king prawns and salmon korma. A strong vegetarian menu offers options like roast aubergine with onion seeds, fenugreek and mango, while desserts are a specialty.
