Poor food. Poor service, they were stood around chatting. Then to top it all off my friend saw a mouse. The waiter was hilarious and asked if we opened the door. Then the manager came and said we could have 50% off. To which we had to highlight that there is a mouse in the restaurant so were unhappy about paying. She said oh yeah we know someone spotted them earlier and we are getting in people tonight. Not sure they should be serving food if they know there is mice. The manager did not apologise at all and called us ' not genuine' because we said that we would not pay. Very rude!!!! I'm not someone to complain but am absolutely shocked by this bar. They definitely need training in customer service and hygiene!
