Big Brother isn't watching, but nearly everything else is in this age of digital information. Every last little movement, action and interaction in our city can be recorded by computer technology, and by using this data we can make our world a great deal smarter. This exhibition looks at how data and analytics affect modern design and city management, uncovering a selection of impressive 'smart' projects and looking at what role technology plays in large-scale projects such as Crossrail. The Pigeon Sim will allow visitors to get a bird's eye view of London by using gestures to do some virtual swooping and soaring over the city.
