You Me and Dupri
The new children's store is now open in Harlem.

At You Me and Dupri, kids are king. The new Harlem children's clothing store, which carries brands like Aqua, Tea and Joe's Jeans, is designed to appeal to kids first, and their parents second. Named for shop manager Tanza Brown's two-year-old daughter, the 800-square-foot space feels roomy, allowing little ones to explore the goods without getting lost under racks of clothing. Brown's original poetry is stenciled on the walls, and jars of brightly colored candy adorn the countertops.
To help create a sense of community, students from the nearby Harlem School of the Arts will showcase sidewalk chalk drawings in front of the store. And on weekends, area kids can enjoy yoga classes, etiquette lessons and book signings.
