Nick Cave, HEARD-NY

Soundsuit artist Nick Cave has created a "herd" of 30 fanciful horses, which take up Grand Central's Vanderbilt Hall as a sculptural installation, while also serving as costumes for periodic performances by dance students from the Ailey School. The dancers gallivant around the Terminal in a series of "Crossings," scheduled daily at 11am and 2pm. HEARD-NY is a joint project mounted by Creative Time and MTA Arts for Transit as part of Grand Central's centennial celebration.
