This futuristic spot is what we imagine a wine bar aboard the Starship Enterprise might look like. The mechanized setup is challenging at first, but ultimately liberating: Wine is dispensed from metal spigots at the push of a button, and a touch screen displays tasting notes for each selection. The tech doesn’t come cheap.
