Nightlife hotshots Noah Tepperberg and Jason Strauss (Marquee), along with actor Danny Abeckaser, introduce their version of a “gastrolounge,” where late-night party culture meets small-plate dining. Items like tuna tartare and kobe beef sliders will be served in bento boxes; the exhorbitant cocktails run about $20. Still, the tri-level space is suspiciously clublike, with the capacity to hold 300 people, a sound system disguised behind oak and cork wall paneling, and the upper areas reserved for VIPs.
