Imagine someone running a bar out of their studio apartment and you’ll get a good picture of the scene here. On weekend nights, the place gets packed with wine lovers standing shoulder to shoulder, which makes flirtatious conversation with strangers surprisingly easy. If you’d rather sip your pinot noir seated, come on a weekday, when a local after-work crowd snags seats at either the bar or at a dark-wood communal table. Mediterranean small plates are also available.
