What makes the perfect drinking experience in New York City? Well, you'll want to be in one of NYC's best bars, for starters. And of course, you'll be drinking your dream tipple. But both these things can amount to zero if your bartender is off. Anyone who's stood hopelessly at a crowded bar on a Friday night waiting to be served will know this, as will anyone who's been creeped over while out to get a quiet cocktail, or just given a lousy drink.
