Time Out says

The team behind country-rock dive Lady Jay's opens another American watering hole, this one an ode to casual Midwestern drinkeries. True to its name, the joint features an oak-and-steel bar, plus swinging entry doors covered with metalwork, and a wall filled with framed photos of Americana—sideshow freaks, WTA posters and Miles Davis, among them. Plunk down some change at the jukebox for quarter plays, like Tom Waits and Hank Williams, and settle in with a drink. Twenty whiskeys (Michter's American Whiskey blend, Old Overholt Rye), 12 draft beers (Sixpoint, Captain Lawrence) and classic cocktails (Sazerac, gin martini) make up the list.
