The owner of this Aussie-run restaurant and bar has a peculiar fondness for all things bovine. Hence the name, the glowing orange cow at the end of the bar, and the backlit black-and-white bar itself. Sunburnt stocks Fosters on tap and, to appease actual Australians, three kinds of Coopers in bottles. Rotating DJs play Brazilian beats, down-tempo funk and “eclectic lounge.”
