Sepia images of jazz, funk and soul legends line the walls at this warm, earth-toned cocktail emporium. Waitresses dressed in retro outfits glide amid crescent-shaped leather booths, and it’s likely that you’ll hear Coltrane oozing from the speakers. Given the old-fashioned aesthetic, a classic cocktail is the way to go: Try a well-crafted Negroni or a bracing Dark & Stormy (dark rum, ginger beer and lime juice).
