The amiable, flannel-clad, bearded staff keeps the dinky saloon in tip-top shape and offers drink specials galore throughout the week. Wednesday nights are for charity, so raffle proceeds benefit local churches and the like; on the second Tuesday of every month, gay firefighters gather for drink, free food and a raffle.
