Time Out says

We should all be so lucky as to have an Uncle Ming. One red-carpeted flight above a liquor store, the space was once used for after-hours gatherings; its sparse furniture and exposed brick still evoke a friend’s flat. Grab a stiff cocktail from the bar, settle into one of the well-worn antique couches, and admire the Alphabet City locals who pack the place around midnight.
