BUST magazine has answered our desperate call for more New York cat cafes and will include one in their annual Craftacular pop-up on December 6–7! New York already has a healthy dose of amazing holiday markets, but, you have to admit, there's a shortage of cats at them. So, in addition to offering one of the city's best seasonal one-stop shopping venues, this year the Craftacular will feature a cat cafe, filled with adoptable cats, and the proceeds of coffee and tea will benefit animal rescue organizations.
But if you and your loved ones aren't shopping for for a hoard of cats this holiday season, the Craftacular also features over 200 vendors selling handmade crafts, foods and vintage wares.
At this truly indie, DIY expo, you can expect music courtesy of DJs, wrapping paper stations and make-and-take craft workshops to inspire you to create your own one-of-a-kind gifts this year. Vendors include Palmer & Brown jam purveyors, Hart Paper Co., It's a Cuppie! (which makes cupcakes with cookies inside; yes, seriously), Group Hug Quilts, Kimchi Smoke barbecue and so, so many more. It's just $3 to get access to all of this, and the first 300 guests get a free goodie bag. That's a holiday bargain if we ever heard one.
