The odd may be low of snagging one of these apartments, but they're still probably better than winning the Hamilton lottery.

Glenwood Management has launched a lottery for 52 below-market rate apartments in their swanky new rental tower on the Upper West Side. You won't even have to go through a "poor door" to get to them!

The tower is located at 175 West 60th Street in the Lincoln Center area, within walking distance of Columbus Circle and Central Park. An impressive 20 percent of building’s 257 units will be rented to low-income tenants. See the chart below to find out if you qualify based on your annual income. Qualities such as charm, talent and how-much-you-want-it are, unfortunately, not taken into consideration.

The soon-to-open building was designed by Stephen B. Jacobs Group and features a cream stone exterior, floor-to-ceiling windows, and tons of building amenities. Five studio apartments, 30 one-bedrooms and 17 two-bedrooms are up for grabs. May the odds be in your favor.

You can download or request an application for the property here. Completed applications must be postmarked by April 2.
