It’s soft serve. It’s free. It’s served in a coconut and decorated with flowers and is one of the prettiest desserts we’ve ever seen. What’s not to like?

Starting Wednesday, August 16, Sweetgreen locations throughout NYC will be offering free bowls of its new dessert: Kokus soft serve made with coconut cream and raw honey. (That means it’s healthy, right?) As further proof of its healthiness, it’s made with less than eight ingredients, and it comes topped with healthy treats like coconut flakes, blueberries, granola and, yes, flowers.

Now for the best part: The first 100 customers to arrive after 7pm at three Sweetgreen locations in NYC get a free bowl the day the creamy dish arrives at that location with the purchase of a salad (just when you thought the salad spot couldn’t get any better). Mark these on your calendar now:

August 16: Sweetgreen Nolita
August 23: Sweetgreen Upper East Side
August 30: Sweetgreen Williamsburg
A brick-and-mortar shop is also on the way in 2018, and if you can’t make it to any of the places above, you can also find the soft serve bowls at Smorgasburg in Williamsburg on Saturdays and Prospect Park on Sundays.
