And you thought your rent was high! After bemoaning today's earlier news that median rents for one-bedroom apartments are high in pretty much every NYC neighborhood, we stumbled on this listing—New York's most expensive apartment on the market right now.
The three-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom pad is located on one of the highest floors of One57, the new luxury high rise across from Carnegie Hall. The apartment is a whopping 4,483 square feet and looks over what appears to be the entire world.
According to the listing, highlights include "a display gallery, corner master bedroom suite with 3 walk-in closets, dual windowed master bathrooms with steam shower and bidet, en-suite baths with marbled showers and soaking tubs in all bedrooms, and a Miele side-by-side washer and dryer." Oh yeah, and of course the building boasts a fitness center, yoga studio, swimming pool, garage, business center, event room with catering kitchen, and bike storage.
For all that, the $150,000 per month rent is a steal...right, guys?
