Brandon Stanton: Humans of New York

Stanton, who was a bond trader before he picked up a camera in 2010, has been photo-blogging the faces he sees on city streets, accompanied by supplemental text that often includes a brief quote from or interview with the subject. It's a bighearted exercise that transfers well to a coffee-table book.
