Presented under the auspices of Carnegie Hall's "Vienna: City of Dreams" festival, this Juilliard new-music concert earns its enviable berth on the strength of a rare performance of Georg Friedrich Haas's Monodie, part of a program otherwise made up of not-Austrian pieces by Oliver Knussen, Louis Andriessen and David Lang.
