Wet Ink, a fearless collective of composers who also perform and improvise, hosts a two-evening, two-venue collaborative invitational. The Sept 30 program features English tenor-sax improv magus Evan Parker and his Electro-Acoustic Septet, comprising the formidable likes of George Lewis and Ikue Mori. On Oct 1, Wet Ink hosts the piano-percussion foursome Yarn/Wire and the Mivos String Quartet, for a program of pieces by Eric Wubbels, Sam Pluta and David Brynjar Franzson.
