Burly-Q went steampunk at Epic Win Burlesque’s latest extravaganza, the subtly monikered Clocktease, at Nuyorican Poets Café on Saturday, August 18. Described by Epic Win host and producer Nelson Lugo as "a steam-powered scientific exhibition of professional ecdysiasts,” the night featured start turns from the lovely likes of Hazel Honeysuckle, Moxie Kat, Mary Cyn, Minnie d'Moocha, Emily Linstrom, Zelda Bloomer and Kobayashi Maru (who may or may not be Nasty Canasta in biomechanical-geisha mode). And, needless to say, it was a fantastical hoot.
