More than 200 chorus boys and girls take it all off in this annual frisky fund-raiser for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS. This year's show, directed by Nick Kenkel, is inspired by the fruited plains, amber waves and other double entendre–worthy landscapes of these here United States. For more information, go to broadwaycares.org.
- Roseland Ballroom 239 W 52nd St, between Broadway and Eighth Ave
- Sun Jun 23
Tainted Cabaret

Üla Überbusen and Teddy Turnaround add plenty of camp (not to mention nakedness) to this burlesque variety show with a musical-theater twist. At tonight's debut edition, the pair are joined by an all-star cast, including Julie Atlas Muz, Miss Cherry Delight, Mr. Gorgeous and Legs Malone.
- Slipper Room 167 Orchard St, at Stanton St

The plentiful pulchritude comes courtesy of Nasty Canasta, Sapphire Jones, Evelyn Vinyl, Medianoche, Hazel Honeysuckle, Stormy Leather, Marlo Marquise, Madame Rosebud and Mischief Molly; the amazing Wild West showman Chris McDaniel adds a bit of whip-cracking action.
- City Winery 155 Varick St, at Vandam St
- Fri Jun 21
Paul McCarthy, WS
- Price band: 2/4
- Critics choice
If you’re uptown and looking to escape to another world, head to the Park Avenue Armory. In the last year alone, its Drill Hall has been transformed into the surface of the Red Planet (for Tom Sachs’s Space Program: Mars) and a giant swing set (Ann Hamilton’s The Event of a Thread). Now, artist Paul McCarthy is turning the 55,000-square-foot space into a dark (read: not kid-friendly) fairy-tale forest, drawing inspiration from the brothers Grimm and American mythology. The installation will include tall trees, two warped suburban houses, and immersive film and sound. Try not to get lost, Little Red.
- Park Avenue Armory 643 Park Ave, between 66th and 67th Sts
- Wed Jun 19 - Sun Aug 4
Folsom Street East T-Dance
- Price band: 1/4
- Critics choice
This year's Folsom Street East raunchfest—which many consider the unofficial start to Pride Week—couldn't occupy its usual space on West 28th Street because of ongoing construction, so the party's moved indoors! Mingle with leatherfolk and other kinksters at this tea dance, featuring tunes from DJs Reed McGowan and Rob Sperte. Proceeds go to Team Eagle, Cycle for the Cause and Folsom Street East, which will hopefully be happening under the sun again in 2014.
