[title]The names Grzegorz Demiañczuk and Wojciech Tarañczuk may not roll of the tongue very smoothly (perhaps that’s why their friends know them as Greg and Voitek), but the deep house that the pair creates sure goes down easy. Working together as Catz ’n Dogz—and until 2008 as 3 Channels—the Polish duo are coming off a career-defining couple of years. The busy DJ-producers been adopted as full-fledged members of the Dirtybird and Get Physical families; they’ve started their own label, Pet Recordings, releasing music from Eats Everything, J. Phlip and Acid Pauli, among many others; and they’ve released oodles of seductive four-to-the-floor material, both alone and in conjunction with KiNK, Martin Dawson and, most recently, the aforementioned Mr. Everything under the Catz Eats Dogz moniker. That’s not to mention a busy DJ itinerary, one that took Greg and Voitek to Ibiza this past summer as residents for the Dirtybird parties at Sankeys. Right now, they’re prancing their way through North America as part of the It’s Raining Catz ’n Dogz tour, which sees them stopping at Output on Thursday, November 14—and to mark the occasion, we’re happy to share this creamy mix from the boys themselves, recorded live a few months ago at Berlin’s famed Watergate club for their pals at Get Physical.
