Justin Carter and Eamon Harkin are back with their night devoted to an expansive array of underground dance music. This edition, going down at 12-Turn-13, is gonna be a doozy: The headliner is the Border Community label's James Holden, the London maker who plays an ethereal, almost diaphanous version of techno. He'll likely pump it up a bit for this shindig, but the sonics will still be sparkling.
