New York Burlesque Festival: The Golden Pastie Awards

The feather-heavy festival reaches its climax with this hybrid of awards ceremony, performance showcase and drunken hoedown, featuring Scotty the Blue Bunny as the evening's compere. Among the phantasmagorical creatures gracing the ballroom's stage will be Nasty Canasta, Trixie Little and Mr. Gorgeous, Helen Pontani, Velocity Chyaldd, France's Miss Glitter Painkiller, the Schlep Sisters, Amsterdam's Flora & Leyla, Brewster and Jonny Porkpie.
